Commercial Cleaning
No two cleaning jobs are the same, so every contract we take on, we tailor the service to suit the client’s individual needs.

We clean offices, factories, warehouses, toilets, pubs and schools. All desks, tables, chairs, woodwork, floors, toilets, showers and kitchens are all cleaned where applicable to a high standard in any of our contract.

Window cleaning internal windows are cleaned as a matter of course during a deep clean. Book an appointment for the cleaning of external windows.
General garden maintenance, tidying up can be booked as a one off or regular visits.

All employees working for or on behalf of Eco-Clean & Maintenance are required to obtain an enhanced disclosure from the DBS and sign a confidentiality agreement. Every site is allocated a cleaning supervisor who is responsible for maintaining standards and communicating feedback to staff.
End Of Tenancy Cleaning
For the vast majority of tenants, leaving a rented property in the same condition as when the tenancy began, is an obligation. All rooms, carpets, walls and furnishings should be repaired and cleaned appropriately for the landlord or agents to carry out their inventory. If there are any discrepancies money could be deducted from the deposit to cover the cost of cleaning and or repairs.
End of tenancy cleans are a simple way to avoid any discrepancies and ensure that you get your full deposit back*. Using our professional end of tenancy cleaning service will allow our experienced cleaners to restore your property to its former glory. As a result, tenants are a lot more likely to receive their full deposit back.
